Labour Advice and Dispute Resolution Centre ( LADRC ) is a facility provided by a team of consultants and experts in their field. It has been recognized that employers throughout South Africa do not have the necessary expertise to guide them through the maze that it is our Legislation governing Labour Relations, nor do they have the time. The facility provided by
LADRC has been structured to provide an easy to use, effective guide for employers in ensuring that all aspects of our Labour Law are complied with. From Contracts of Employment, Conditions of Service and Organizational procedures, through to Retrenchments, Employment Equity and Strike Management,
LADRC provide the following services amongst others.

Rob Russell started his Industrial Relations career as a Shop Steward for one of the largest unions in the country. He serves on the AFSA panel, and the St Claire Jonker panel of Arbitrators and Mediators Rob is a SAAM accredited Divorce Mediator. He is a member of FEDHASA and offers his services in the Gauteng, Free State, Limpopo and Mpumalanga district. He also lectures Employment Law and HR part time at an Educational Institution in Witbank, and is an experienced trainer for Bruniquel & Associates, and he is an ETDP SETA accredited Assessor.
Rob has had extensive experience in Disciplinary Hearings, Disputes, Mediations and Arbitrations (private and at the CCMA), discipline, third party interventions, grievances, negotiations and representation of clients in restructuring.
